Complete renovation of the old Rug Wizard converting it to the Dobinsons Commercial Kitchen. We completed all construction works for this project. This was an incredibly complex project, mainly due to being on the second storey of the building. This meant that the weight of the commercial equipment had to be supported without using the existing concrete slab. This was due to the existing concrete slab not being suitable to support the weight of the commercial equipment. The entire project had to meet all ACT heath regulation on top of not using the existing concrete slab.
